What Happens When I Schedule an Estimate/Consultation?

When you fill out an online quote request, we collect your information and learn more about your project. This helps us to set-up a date and time for our estimator to visit you at your location. We set firm dates and times, so you’re not left wondering when the contractor is going to be there.

Day of Consultation:

Our estimator will arrive on time for your free consultation and will walk the property to assess your needs. We will provide recommendations on how the project should be carried out for long-lasting results and leave you with our estimate. We work around your schedule to determine a start date that works best.

We will lay all our cards on the table. This includes payment schedules, color picking with our color consultant, and what to expect the day(s) that we are at your home or business.

After Project is Scheduled:

When you first book a painting project with our Phoenix experts, we do collect part of your payment up front. Then we coordinate with our color consultant to be sure you get the right premium paint for your interior or exterior painting project.

Prior to your painting job starting, our customer service representative will call or email you to confirm your project’s details and ensure that the timing still works for you. When applicable, we email you any extra consent forms that pertain to your project.

Day(s) of The Project:

Our painters arrive early at the project location each day we are on-site. Some painting projects can be completed in as little as three days, and the more complex jobs can take up to several weeks.

Post Paint Job Completion
